Support
Most things can be sorted in a minute. If not, email support@club-hq.co.uk and a real person will reply, usually the same working day.
Anything about your classes — times, fees, gradings, a booking that should not have been taken — is your club, not us. Your club controls all of that in the app and can change it straight away. Ask them first; it will be quicker.
Joining your club
Create an account, then enter the code your club gave you. Codes are not case sensitive. If it is not recognised, ask your club for the current one: codes change, and the old one stops working.
Booking a class
Open Schedule, find the session and tap Book. If it says the class is full, the club has set a limit on places. Tap a booking again to cancel it. Use the arrows to look at later weeks.
Not getting notifications
- Check notifications are allowed for ClubHQ in your phone's settings.
- On iPhone, check Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them.
- Sign out and back in, which registers your device again.
Announcements are also kept in the News tab, so nothing is lost if a notification does not arrive.
Password problems
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we will email you a link. To change a password you already know, go to the person icon at the top right of the home screen, then Your account, then Change password.
More than one child
One login covers your whole family. Each person you manage appears on the home screen with their own grade, and bookings are made per person.
Deleting your account
The circle at the top right of the home screen, then Your account, then Delete my account. This permanently deletes your login, your bookings and your grade history, and cannot be undone. If you run a club and are its only admin, the app will ask you to hand the club over first, or to confirm the club should be deleted with your account. If you cannot get into the app, see how to delete your account.
For club staff
Your timetable, venues, grading ladder, invite code and branding are all under Club. Coaches are invited under Club → Staff: type their email, and when they sign in they are an instructor straight away, with no code to enter. Instructors can run registers, award grades and send messages, but cannot change club settings. If the app does not do something you need, tell us. Most of what we build comes from clubs asking.
Still stuck
Email support@club-hq.co.uk. It helps if you say which club you are with, what you were doing, and what happened instead.
